This device is a part of a rubber mixing production line. The auxiliary machine is equipped with two open smelters, the two open smelters are connected in series. The first one is equipped with automatic feeding, automatic turning, automatic pulling and other functions to realize the cooling and mixing of rubber material.
The device is mainly composed of the following parts: open mill (customer), open mill table conveyor belt (between the first and the second open mill conveyor belt), open mill automatic glue turning device, scraping device, receiving device, safety protection system, control system.
The device can automatically pick up the rubber material produced by the mixing machine after being pressed by the smelting machine, and can realize the automatic switch between the automatic guide and the discharge. The whole process is fully automatic and the manual strength is greatly reduced.

 

The automatic turning device of the rubber mixing machine is part of a rubber mixing production line. The auxiliary machine is equipped with two rubber mixing machines. The two rubber mixing machines are connected in series. 1. Product features

The glue-turning device is installed on the tablet press, replacing manual glue-cutting, triangle wrapping and glue-turning with mechanical glue-turning device, so that the glue-turning operation of the tablet press is mechanized and the labor intensity is reduced.

2. Advantages and characteristics

The material turning device is composed of a traction roller, a press roller, a swing device, a cylinder and a transmission part. The press roller is located above the traction roller, and the cylinder is installed at the lower end of the two inner press rollers of the rubber turning frame. The swing device will evenly introduce the rubber material to the traction roller. The traction roller rotates in the same direction as the front roller, and the traction speed can be stepless between 4.4 and 44m per minute, which can meet different process requirements.
