First, power transmission part

The motor provides the power and transmits the power to the oil pump through the transmission device (such as belt pulley, reducer, etc.). The oil pump starts to work, drawing the hydraulic oil from the tank and conveying it out at a certain pressure.

Second, the pressure generation part

1. The hydraulic oil enters the cylinder and pushes the piston movement in the cylinder. Since the piston is connected to the moving beam, the movement of the piston drives the moving beam up and down.
2. An upper heating plate is installed on the movable beam, and a lower heating plate is fixed on the base of the fuselage. When the movable beam is lowered, the upper heating plate is gradually close to the lower heating plate, which exerts pressure on the rubber products or other materials to be vulcanized placed in the middle.

 

Third, the heating part

1. The upper and lower heating plates are usually equipped with heating elements, such as electric heat pipes or oil heating channels. Through these heating elements, heat is transferred to the plate surface.
2. When rubber products are sandwiched between the upper and lower heating plates, under the combined action of pressure and heat, rubber molecules cross-link to achieve the vulcanization process.

Four, the control part

1. Frame type plate vulcanizer is usually equipped with pressure control devices, such as pressure gauges, pressure sensors, etc., can monitor and adjust the pressure during the vulcanization process in real time.
2. Temperature control devices, such as temperature sensors, temperature controllers, etc., are used to control the temperature of the heating plate to ensure that the vulcanization temperature is within the set range.
3. Various buttons and switches on the operation panel can easily control the start, stop, pressure regulation, temperature regulation and other functions of the vulcanization machine.
 

In short, the frame vulcanization machine provides power through the motor, the oil pump produces pressure, the heating plate provides heat, under the combined action of pressure and temperature, the vulcanization reaction occurs in rubber products and other materials, so as to obtain the required performance and shape.
