The main working parts of the open rubber mixing machine are two different inward rotating rollers, which are generally the same size. One of the rollers can be moved horizontally backwards and forwards by manual or electric means to adjust the roll distance to adapt to different operating requirements, while the other is fixed. The two rollers rotate relative to each other at different linear speeds
When the machine is started, the raw glue or compound is placed between or above the two rollers, and the compound is pulled into the gap between the two rollers due to the friction generated by the rotation of the rollers.After the rubber material enters the roll gap, it will be subjected to strong shear and extrusion action.
The linear speed difference between the two rollers causes the rubber material to suffer uneven force between the roller gaps, resulting in a shearing effect, which cuts the macromolecular chain of the rubber material like scissors. At the same time, the molecular structure of the compound changes due to the extrusion of the roller, and the constant change of the gap also causes the compound to be repeatedly squeezed and stretched.
Through this shearing and extrusion action, the macromolecular chain inside the rubber is broken, the original elasticity of the rubber material is reduced, and the plasticity is improved, so that the rubber material can be better processed in the next step, such as molding, vulcanization, etc.
In the mixing process, if it is necessary to add a compounding agent (such as vulcanizing agent, accelerator, filler, etc.), it is usually added to the top of the roller after the rubber is wrapped. An appropriate amount of accumulated glue is helpful to the powdering process of the compound. With the rotation of the roller, the compound is gradually involved in the compound, and under the action of shearing and extrusion, it is fully mixed and dispersed with the compound, so that various components are evenly distributed in the compound, and the purpose of rubber mixing is achieved
1.The cylinder ( piston ) adopts the best seals structure , with reasonable design and reliable function. The seals part is good quality YX typepolyurethane seals (not rubber seal ) ,which is oil resistant , aging resistant .Our machine adopts the double seals structure , and seals part is easy change and protect
2.Automatic control : automatic mold closing , automatic exhausting , automatic heating and keep stable temperature, automatically timing for vulcanization , automatic alarming , automatic mold opening ,etc
3..The vulcanizing temperature can be set and showed in the digital displan .
4.Vulcanizing time can be set in the PLC screen . If you want to heat and vulcanize for 1 minutes , just set it directly . When it reaches 1minutes ,machine will alarm then machine will open the mold automatically
5.Pillar is made of high quality # 45 steel, The hardness , wear resistance and abrasive resistance is high improved by quenching and tempering
6.The top beam and bottom plate form is welded with the good quality Q-235A ductile iron .After welding , it is also processed by the artificial vibration or high temperature aging treatment , to eliminate the internal stress and avoid the deformation
7.plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel . Surface of it owns high hardness and wear resistant.Depth of chilled layer is 8-15mm , hardness is HRC 60-70 , making the plunger own long life time

Q3: How about the quality control in your factory?
A3: Our company has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.
Q4: Will you offer the pre-sales service?
A4: Yes, we have an experienced pre-sales team to support customers not only including machine, technology also water .electrical, machine layout in factory, etc.
