Hot feed extruder is the mixing rubber through the open mixer, kneading machine heating plasticized into the extruder extrusion called hot feed extrusion. The hot feed extrusion process includes the process of hot refining, extrusion, cooling, cutting and other linkage flow operations. The rubber compound hot smelting is usually divided into two open smelters, the first section of rough refining is overdone, the second section of fine refining, and the high temperature hot refining improves the plasticity. The head and mouth of the extruder barrel must be preheated by steam, and the temperature control of the rubber material is very important in the extrusion process.

Application: This machine is used for extruding tread, inner tube, cushion belt, tape and other rubber semi-finished products.
Structural features:
1, the machine is equipped with inner tubes, tread or according to user needs to prepare other heads;
2, the body is equipped with temperature measurement and temperature display device, XJ-150 models above the feeding section is equipped with side pressure roller to increase the feeding capacity;
3, screw and bushing are nitriding treatment, with enough strength and wear resistance;
4, the reducer is equipped with a forced lubrication device, with high transmission efficiency, long service life, low noise and other advantages;
5, XJ-150 models are equipped with speed control motor. The feed roller has a side opening structure, which is easy to remove glue.
