Product Description:
The Junlin Rubber Mill Machine is engineered for the meticulous mixing and kneading of raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastics, or E.V.A. with chemicals to produce a uniform material. This material is ideal for feeding into calenders, hot presses, or other processing machinery to create high-quality rubber or plastic products. The machine features a dual output reducer, allowing the front and rear rollers to be driven separately, and is equipped with a rolling bearing structure. Depending on the application-mixing, refining, or sheet pressing-the rollers can be customized with either hollow center grooves or drilled smooth surfaces.
For enhanced efficiency and reduced labor intensity, this machine can be outfitted with a stock blender upon customer request and is equipped with several safety devices.

Configuration includes: Hardened Teeth Gearbox, Bearing Bush, Auto Lubrication, Motorized Gap Adjustment, Electric Hydraulic Brake Device, and Stock Blender for comprehensive rubber compounding.
1. Rolls: Constructed from Chilled Alloy Cast Iron with a surface hardness of 68~72HS, these rolls are mirror-finished, polished, and ground to perfection. They are also hollowed for effective cooling or heating.
2. Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit: Manual nip adjustment at both ends of the roller, facilitated by two separate screws attached to the brass housing body.
3. Roll Cooling: Features Universal Rotary joints with inner spray pipes, hoses, and headers. The piping is fully connected to the supply pipe terminal.
4. Journal Bearing Housing: Heavy-duty steel casting housing fitted with anti-friction roller bearings.
5. Lubrication: Equipped with a fully automatic grease lubrication pump for anti-friction roller bearings, housed within a dust-sealed unit.
6. Stand Frame & Apron: Built from heavy-duty steel casting for robust support.
7. Gearbox: Features a hard-tooth reduction gearbox from the renowned GuoMao brand.
8. Base Frame: Constructed on a common, heavy-duty base frame made of steel channels and MS plates, meticulously machined to fit the entire machine, including the gearbox and motor.
9. Electric Panel: Integrated Star Delta Electric operating panel with auto-reversing functionality, voltmeter, ammeter, overload protection relay, 3-phase indicator, and emergency stop switch.
