The rotor, the mixing chamber and the top bolt all adopt the circulation channel structure to realize the circulation of the heat transmission medium. According to the different production process requirements, the material can be heated and cooled by steam or cooling water. The top bolt can exert pressure on the material through the cylinder, forcing the material to be mixed evenly, improving the production efficiency. The rotor is supported by rolling bearing, easy maintenance and long service life. The transmission device has compact structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise and long service life. This machine is after feeding, using mixing room to turn unloading, cleaning materials and change color is convenient.
Application: Mainly used for rubber or plastic plasticizing, mixing and final refining.
Structure and features:
1. Pneumatic top bolt is used for pressing material.
2. There is a thermocouple temperature measurement at the bottom of the mixing chamber, which can show the temperature of the mixing chamber.
3. Using the flip unloading, unloading action is driven by the motor worm, worm gear to provide power, electrical automatic control.
4. Feeding method: The material enters the kneading room through the back of the kneading machine.
5. Heating and cooling system: steam heating and cooling water cooling.
6. Programmable controller (PLC) to ensure the safe use of equipment.
7. The mixer rotor is made of precision cast steel, and then surfacing a layer of 3 ~ 5mm thick wear-resistant hard alloy in the top edge, hardness up to HRC50, the rest of the working surface surfacing a layer of 3 ~ 5mm thick wear-resistant hard alloy, and processing, polishing the whole hard chrome plating, chromium layer thickness 0.10mm.
8. The mixing room material is welded with high quality alloy steel and aged treatment. In order to ensure the wear resistance of the inner wall surface, after finishing, the inner wall surface is plated with hard chromium and polished. The thickness of the chrome layer is 0.10mm and the hardness is HV900 ~ 1000 to improve its wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The mixing chamber cover is the top bolt. In order to reduce the mixing dead Angle, plasticize evenly, and compress the mixing time, according to the user's opinion, the original type is changed to "M" type, which has been recognized by the user.
In order to ensure the quality of the speed ratio gear, 42 chromium molybdenum (42GrMo) is used, and the gear is hard and durable after tempering, nitriding and treatment.
