3, the hot plate pot edge adopts hydraulic automatic iron, under the action of four oil cylinders on both sides of the hot plate pad iron simultaneously advance and advance; Both ends of the hot plate are provided with an anti-pad iron overlapping device.

4, each heating area of the hot plate is provided with a set of temperature adjustment valve group, under the control of PLC, to ensure that the temperature of each heating area of the hot plate is uniform.

Vulcanizing machine maintenance should pay attention to the following issues:

1. The storage environment of the vulcanizing machine should be kept dry and well ventilated to avoid damp electrical lines caused by humidity;

2, do not use vulcanization machine outdoors in rainy days, to prevent the electric control box and heating plate water;

3, if the working environment is wet and watery, in the disassembly handling vulcanization machine, items should be padded high on the ground, do not let the vulcanization machine contact with water directly;

4, if in the process of use, due to improper operation of the heating plate water, should first contact the manufacturer for maintenance. If emergency repair is needed, the cover plate on the heating plate can be opened, the water can be poured out first, and then the electric control box is set to manual operation, the temperature is heated to 100 ° C, the temperature is maintained for half an hour, the line is dried, and the belt is bonded in the manual state. At the same time, the manufacturer should be contacted in time for the overall replacement of the line;

5, vulcanization machine in a long time do not need to use the case, should be every half a month to heat the heating plate (temperature set at 100ºC), maintain the temperature for about half an hour;

6, after each use, the water in the water pressure plate should be put clean, especially in winter, if the water can not be put clean, often lead to premature aging of the water pressure plate rubber, water pressure plate service life is reduced;

The correct way to discharge water is to carry out before the vulcanization machine is dismantled after the vulcanization and insulation is finished. If the water is discharged after the machine is disassembled, the water in the water pressure plate may not be completely discharged.
