The material is mixed and plasticized by two rotating rollers with a certain speed difference. The two rollers rotate opposite to each other, so that the material is squeezed and cut strongly in the roll gap, resulting in large deformation, increasing the interface between the components, and achieving distributed mixing; And because the roller temperature is high, while the material shear generates a certain heat, the final material melts, plasticized evenly, and then the piece can be cut.
The factors that generally affect the plasticizing quality of the smelting machine are: roller temperature, roller spacing, roller speed before and after, the stacking amount of materials, and the number of triangular packages (generally 3 to 5 times).
Generally, when plasticizing polyethylene, the roller temperature is 140 ~ 160 ° C, the polypropylene is 165 ~ 180 ° C, and the roller spacing can be as small as about 0.5mm and as large as about 5mm. The ratio of the front and rear roller speeds is 1:1.2 or 1:1.3 or 1:1.5; The amount of material stacked depends on the specific equipment.

For the first time in each class, the emergency brake device must be pulled to check whether the brake is sensitive and reliable (after the empty car braking, the front roller rotation shall not exceed a quarter of a week), and the emergency brake device is strictly forbidden to shut off the car during normal operation.
