This machine is suitable for pressing all kinds of moulded products, such as rubber, plastic, etc., and also suitable for wafer products. There are automatic pressure preservation, automatic exhaust, automatic pressure relief functions.
The equipment is a four-column overall structure, the pressing type is down (up) pressure type, divided into main engine, fuel tank and electric control box three parts. The main engine is equipped with plunger, oil cylinder, fixed plate, movable plate and other parts. Fuel tank has oil pump, pipe, valve and other components. The oil pump is driven by motor, and the electric control box is equipped with button switch, magnetic starter, timing alarm, brake temperature controller, overload protector, etc.
