This machine is suitable for vulcanization of all kinds of rubber, plastic model products and non-model products. The machine is a frame structure, using the lower pressure type (upper pressure type). Under the working hydraulic pressure, the embolism rises to make the hot plate close to obtain the pressure, while the embolism falls (i.e. the hot plate opens) through the hot plate self-weight, platform and embolism to drive the working fluid to the tank to achieve the purpose of lowering (i.e. opening).
The machine cylinder is made of ductile iron, which improves the compressive strength and wear resistance. During the operation of the machine, the oil cylinder is equipped with oil-proof rubber sealing ring, which plays a sealing role.
As the power source of the machine tool, the combined oil pump provides the working fluid with a certain pressure.
