The production line is mainly composed of the following parts: open mill (customer's own), conveyor belt between the open mill (conveyor belt between the first open mill and the second open mill), automatic rubber turning device, scraper device, rubber receiving device, safety protection system, control system.
The rubber material discharged from the mixer is sent to the top of the barrel of the first smelting machine and put into the first smelting machine. The first smelting machine will press the rubber material into film into the bottom conveyor belt, the uphill conveyor belt, and the turning mechanism of the uphill conveyor belt will turn upward and form a clamping state with the top conveyor belt. The film is clamped again into the first mill, and mixed with the rubber that has not been pressed out on the roller of the first mill, so that the film becomes a rubber ring; Then, the two belts of the tamper trolley on the first opening mill move back and forth along the shaft of the opening mill under the drive of the motor respectively, and the film is held on the barrel of the first opening mill; After the film refining is completed, the uphill conveyor belt and the top conveyor belt are griped to open state. At this time, the top conveyor belt is reversed, and the film is pulled off by the friction between the top conveyor belt and the film and the pulling force of the first opening mill barrel on the film. The film is taken out of the machine by the bottom conveyor belt, the uphill conveyor belt and the top conveyor belt. Then the conveyor belt is automatically transmitted to the second opening mill, in the second opening mill through the same action process as the first opening mill, and finally automatically transmitted to the film cooling line, so as to complete the rubber mixing.
The device can automatically pick up the rubber material produced by the mixing machine after being pressed by the smelting machine, and can realize the automatic switch between the automatic guide and the discharge. The whole process is fully automatic and the manual strength is greatly reduced.
The rubber turning device is an important part of the large and medium-sized open mill, which occupies a pivotal position in the large rubber open mill, and the specific advantages are as follows:
1. From the perspective of product performance: After the rubber turning device is installed on the mixer, the original transfer direction of the rubber material is changed to a certain extent, so as to avoid the transition linearization of the molecular structure of the rubber material, so that the dispersion of various compounding agents tends to be uniform, and the process quality of the rubber compound is improved.
2. From the point of view of economic benefit: After installing the glue turning device on the opening mill, the loading capacity of the opening mill is increased, the waste is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced.
3. From the operator's point of view: After the installation of the glue turning device on the mixer, the labor intensity of the operation can be greatly reduced, and the continuous triangle encapsulation rubber mixing method that is mastered by skilled technicians is not required, and the general operator can master the operation method of the glue turning device.
