the main configuration and technical requirements
1, vulcanization machine by the main engine, hydraulic pump station, elongation rewind device composed of three parts;
2, hydraulic pump station including: hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil tank;
3, elongation rewind device adopts double screw device to ensure stable operation of elongation device and improve the accuracy of product length. At the same time, the extension device adopts automatic control to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
4, randomly equipped with hydraulic pump station and host connection pipe, return pipe and two three-way valve.
5, each vulcanization machine is also equipped with different types of triangle belt mold three sets, you can replace the mold, the production of different types of pumping belt.
 6. Each set of mold includes four templates and two extension rollers.
7, the vulcanization machine is specially designed for the production of pumping unit transmission belt, can vulcanize 20 5V tape, compared with the traditional vulcanization machine to improve the efficiency of 25%, due to the vulcanization machine host lengthening, more suitable for the production length of 5-7m tape. Due to the use of electric heating, the vulcanization temperature of the tape is more stable, which provides a strong guarantee for the improvement of quality.
