Closed rubber mixing machine referred to as mixing machine, also known as kneading machine, mainly used for rubber plasticizing and mixing. Mixer is a kind of machine with a pair of specific shape and relative rotation of the rotor, in the closed state of adjustable temperature and pressure clearance of polymer material plasticizing and mixing, mainly by mixing chamber, rotor, rotor sealing device, charging and pressing device, discharge device, transmission device and frame and other parts.

 

The mixer is generally composed of a mixing chamber, two relative rotating rotors, an upper top peg, a lower top peg, a temperature measuring system, a heating and cooling system, an exhaust system, a safety device, a discharge device and a recording device. The surface of the rotor has a spiral edge, the number of the edge has two edges, four edges, six edges, etc., the rotor section geometry has three kinds of triangle, cylindrical or oval, tangential type and meshing type. The temperature measuring system is composed of thermocouples, which is mainly used to measure the temperature change in the mixing room during the mixing process. The heating and cooling system is mainly used to control the temperature of the rotor and the surface of the mixing chamber.
